Bookings are final

SaturnCal supports a no-cancellation policy. When you book a session through any host's SaturnCal page, your booking is final. Hosts may cancel on your behalf in case of emergency, but cancellations cannot be initiated by the booker.

If you can't make a session, please email the host directly. They may choose to refund you at their discretion, but refunds are not guaranteed.

Paid bookings

Payments for booked sessions are collected up-front via Stripe. Payments are non-refundable per the no-cancellation policy above. Stripe's standard fees apply.

Account use

Hosts must use SaturnCal for legitimate scheduling. Spam, harassment, or impersonation violates these terms and will result in account suspension without refund.

Calendar access

When you connect your Google Calendar to SaturnCal, we read only your busy/free time blocks — never event titles, attendees, or any content. We use this purely to avoid double-booking you.

Liability

SaturnCal is provided as-is. We are not responsible for what happens during sessions booked through the platform, nor for any losses arising from missed sessions.
